Over the past two years Waterford City and County Council have worked with Gamma to implement their Autoaddress API solution into our MS Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
We found the solution team to be professional and were impressed by how accommodating they were to our particular needs.
We are very happy with the Autoaddress functionality, which we find fast and easy to use. Most importantly it is now helping us to deliver improved efficiencies throughout the Council by ensuring new cases are located and assigned correctly, first time, based on the case category and location.
